Our Project

Empowering Girls Through Access to Sanitary Pads in Central Region, Ghana
We recently supported female students in high schools and junior high schools by providing free sanitary pads to help them stay confident and focused in school. Many girls miss classes during their periods due to lack of access to menstrual products, and we are committed to changing that.

Through this project, we also offered menstrual health education to promote good hygiene and break the stigma around periods. Together, we can keep girls in school and build a brighter future for them.

Supporting Women in Cassava Processing for Gari in the Eastern Region

Cassava remains one of Ghana’s most important staple crops, and gari production plays a vital role in food security and local economic growth. In many rural communities, women are at the heart of this agrifood value chain, yet they often lack the equipment, training, and financial support needed to grow their businesses and increase productivity.

To address this challenge, our organization has launched a support initiative for women involved in cassava processing for gari in the Eastern Region. Through this project, we provide funding, basic equipment, and capacity-building training to help women improve processing efficiency, product quality, and income generation.

By empowering these women, we are strengthening local agrifood systems, creating sustainable livelihoods, and boosting community development. The project also promotes inclusive economic growth by ensuring that rural women have the tools and support they need to succeed in agribusiness.

Our commitment is simple: equip women, enhance production, and improve livelihoods. Together, we are building stronger agrifood enterprises and supporting families across the Eastern Region.

✨ Empowering Girls, One Story at a Time

Each time we visit these poor communities, we are reminded of the strength, dreams, and quiet courage of young girls who deserve so much more than their circumstances offer.
At Ahsa Life Organization, our mission is simple — to show them that their voices matter, their futures matter, and they matter.

With every moment spent mentoring, listening, and teaching, we see confidence slowly rise and hope begin to grow. These smiles are not just expressions — they are the first steps toward possibility. This is why we do what we do — to inspire, to educate, and to open doors for girls who only need someone to believe in them.
